All Padded Pine Studio boxes are shipped within 2 weeks of ordering. This allows us to thoughtfully curate each box & reduce waste. Estimated ship dates will be listed on each product page.

Every Padded Pine Studio box is carefully curated with cozy surprises, including a book & mug in every box. Because each collection is assembled in small batches, shipping timelines may vary slightly.

Due to the curated & surprise nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery & we'll make it right!

If your package arrives damaged, please email us photos with 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the damaged items as soon as possible.

*Each box will be shipped out within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.

*USPS is our main shipping carrier; UPS is used as needed.

*Packages should be received within 3-5 days.
